Statistical cookies help site owners understand how visitors interact with websites by collecting and reporting information anonymously. The service providers we work with to measure site traffic is Google Analytics.

What is the legal basis for processing this data?

FIBRO METALS SRL AS A PROCESSOR

We assure you that your data is secure, remains your property and is stored only on servers in Romania. The back-up system is very well implemented and secure, located in the European space, and no one but our staff in the technical department has access to these systems.

Your personal data may be processed by other entities designated by FIBRO METALS SRL to process the data in its name and on its behalf. However, FIBRO METALS SRL remains the operator of your data. Thus, it is possible to transmit data to public authorities, external consultants, to whom we have outsourced the provision of certain services in Romania or outside it or the European Union / European Economic Area, but always ensuring that we establish adequate guarantees for data protection ( for example, contractual confidentiality and data protection clauses). You have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, to rectify, delete or limit the processing, as well as the right not to have it processed or transferred. You also have the right to data portability under certain conditions. The purpose of processing personal data is limited to carrying out the activity of providing products ordered by customers.
